I completed my BSc degree in Pharmacology (with extra mural year) at King’s College London in July 2016. My extra mural year was spent at the George Washington University in Washington DC where I studied human endogenous retroviruses and restriction factors in the context of HIV and HTLV. In October of 2016 I joined Dr Barral’s lab to begin a 4 year PhD in immunology, infection and inflammatory disease. My research focuses on discovering non-classical functions of CD1d.
