William Browne

Postdoctoral Project Research Scientist

William completed his integrated Masters degree in chemistry at the University of Southampton working with professor Ali Tavassoli to design peptide inhibitors of PPIs. He then joining the Schumann lab at the Francis Crick Institute on a PhD studentship funded by the Institute of Chemical Biology CDT (Imperial College) and GSK. Will is currently working on a fragment-based lead discovery project targeting mucin biosynthesis in metastatic cancer. His favourite glycan is O-GalNAc.
