School visit during STEM week.

Sonia presenting to Year 4 class.

Dr Sonia Lee from the lab went to give a talk about "Journeys" - the theme of STEM week to Year 4 children. This included her personal journey into Science, the journey of a germ and how the body's defences can detect it. The children also had a quick lesson in microscopes and got to experience their own journey of discovery using their own "Mini Microscopes".
