The shortlist of 200 individuals was announced this week. With public voting being a key part of the judges' decision, you can now vote for Vivian to be amongst the 100 winners. You’ve got until Friday 29 November. Click here to vote.

Vivian’s Stem Cell and Cancer Biology Lab at the Crick uses organoids to study how stem cells are programmed to maintain a healthy organ and what goes wrong when cancer develops. Her lab is particularly interested in bowel cancer, and how a molecule called Wnt influences how and if bowel cancer develops.

The winners will be announced on 3 December – Good luck Vivian!
