Kelly Kent is the Associate Director of Philanthropy for the Crick and is responsible for overseeing the fundraising strategy for the institute. Kelly joined the Crick in April 2018, in a joint appointment between the Crick and Cancer Research UK.
Previously, Kelly was the Head of Development at Imperial College London overseeing university-wide initiatives, and prior to that worked as the Head of Individual Giving at City, University of London and Cass Business School. Originally from Southern California, she began her fundraising career in the Advancement Division at the University of California, Riverside moving to the UK in 2008 to join Asthma UK as a Major Giving Officer.
Kelly is a member of the Cass Business School Alumni Board and a Trustee of the Human Milk Foundation.
