This package provides the code used for analysis in Peinado et al.: Tumor intrinsic electrical activity drives small-cell lung cancer progression. (Nature, 2024).
There are two modules included:
The 'calcium_imaging_files' folder contains scripts to detect pulses in traces from time-lapse imaging data of cells expressing a fluorescent biosensor for intracellular calcium. Sample data is also provided.
The 'atp_consumption_modelling' folder contains a live script used to model the energy consumption of cells to generate resting and action potentials.
