We conduct cutting-edge biomedical research to improve our understanding of human health and disease.

The Crick is home to 1,500 scientists and support staff working collaboratively across disciplines to understand the fundamental biology of health and disease.

All our labs are supported by in-house facilities equipped with the latest technology, dedicated animal research support and a Translation team to help turn discoveries into treatments as quickly as possible.

We work in partnership with our university founding partners and many other organisations in the sector. We also support our researchers to collaborate widely.

Our publications, publication highlights and research case studies demonstrate the variety and quality of research at the Crick.
