In this webinar we will re-visit one of the important parts of setting up a successful flow cytometry experiment - titration of antibodies which will allow us to determine the optimal concentration to use in a flow cytometry experiment. This time we will be using a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX to run and analyse samples. We will cover some tips and tricks as well as highlighting best practices.
