This one day course will provide an introduction to flow cytometry in a classroom setting. Led by Derek Davies.

Programme:
09:30-10:00 Welcome and Introduction
10:00-13:00 Fluorescence and Fluorochromes, the Basics of the flow cytometer and compensation
13:00-13:45 Lunch
13:45-17:00 Experimental Design, Practicalities of staining/controls, Data analysis and presentation
17:00-17:30 Optional tour of facility
There will be a short break for tea/coffee during the morning and afternoon sessions
