Part of a cell analyser

Imaging Flow Cytometry: Principles, practicalities and analysis

  • Event Status: Book now : Event date: -
  • Start time: 09:00 End time: - 17:00
  • Event Location: The Francis Crick Institute
  • Event Type: Training

Imaging flow cytometry bridges the gap between the ability to see fluorescence that we get with microscopy, and the speed and statistical robustness of flow cytometry.

This short course will act as an introduction to the theory and practice of imaging flow cytometry. We will run samples on the ImageStream X MkII and also spend some time looking at data analysis as imaging flow cytometry offers more possibilities of deriving unique metrics to separate cell types.

This course is a collaboration between Luminex and the Francis Crick institute and will be held on the 1st and 2nd of June 2023. Spaces will be limited to allow maximum interaction and you can book online now. To get the maximum benefit from this course it would be useful for delegates to have some practical experience with an imaging flow cytometer. Tea, coffee and lunches will be provided.
