Introduction to live cell imaging

Part of the series of introductory seminars on light microscopy techniques from the Crick Advanced Light Microscopy (CALM) team, running 15 October - 10 November 2019.

This seminar will highlight key considerations for preparing and setting up a live cell sample for imaging on a light microscope, as well as discuss a couple of specific technologies available on imaging systems which support fast high-resolution live cell imaging

Seminar objectives: To help you maximise the health of your sample whilst imaging, AND maximise the quality, quantity and accuracy of your image data for analysis (and publication!) at the same time.
