This half-day beginner’s course is designed for researchers looking to learn the necessary skills to visualise and analyse their microscopy data, in particular whole slide images, using the open-source QuPath application.
Held at the Francis Crick Institute in London, mixing classroom-based theory with practical sessions, the course provides an understanding of the basic concepts at the heart of QuPath.
No prior experience is required, although a basic knowledge of microscopy and image acquisition will be beneficial.
The course has been developed by experts from the Crick Advanced Light Microscopy (CALM) science technology platform, which provides cutting-edge imaging and image analysis services and training to researchers across the institute.

This training is limited to 12 participants. Candidates are required to apply by completing the form below by Monday 31 August, detailing their relevant experience and the expected impact of this training on their professional practice.
Applications will be reviewed by the lead educators and successful candidates will be invited to register by Friday 11 September.
This is a FREE course and open only to staff and students from the Francis Crick Institute and partner universities: Imperial College London, UCL (University College London), and King’s College London.
