About Meet a Scientist

Meet our scientists, technicians and engineers as they pop into the gallery to share behind-the-scenes insights into how they make science happen. 

Meet a Scientist will run weekly throughout our new exhibition, Craft & Graft: Making Science Happen. Keep an eye on our website for more dates and times to be announced soon.

Meet a Scientist sessions are designed for individuals and small groups. If you plan to visit in a group of 7 or more, or are a school group, please let us know by emailing engage@crick.ac.uk. 

What's life in the lab really like? 

Two of our scientists, Phil East and Raffa Carzaniga, will be popping down from their labs into the gallery to chat to visitors about life in the lab and demonstrate some of the tools they use in their daily work.

Bring your curiosity, have a chat and discover what happens behind the scenes.
