Join us at the first MND Engage event on the 23rd July 2019 at the Francis Crick Institute. For the first time, along with the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MND Association) we will bring together several London laboratories working on motor neuron disease (MND), patients and carers, to explore innovative strategies of public engagement in MND.
MND Engage is a one day event covering aspects of public engagement training in the morning with workshops to create informative, accessible videos about aspects of MND selected by patients. There will be an interactive afternoon session open to patients, their families and carers where we will be discussing current research and topics in MND.
The aim of this event is to enhance public engagement in motor neuron disease and to build lasting partnerships between researchers, and between researchers and patients with MND.
The event will be held at the Crick auditorium, which is fully wheelchair accessible. If you need extra assistance or have any special requirements please let us know in advance. the event is free to attend. Please note that registration is now closed.
If you have any questions or queries, please email MNDfirstname.lastname@example.org.
