In any multicolor experiment, we will need to account for spectral spillover using the process of fluorescence compensation. In cytometers that allow users to change voltages, the setting of these voltages is a critical step as this will affect the compensation value. In some systems, manufacturers fix the voltage of their detectors which can make compensation setting easier. In this webinar we will use the CytoFLEX LX flow cytometer and CytExpert software to demonstrate the setting of compensation in a fixed-voltage system.
